Corporate Breathing Techniques Initiative
Designed and delivered a 6-week breathing techniques program for a financial services company in the Klang Valley. 24 employees learned diaphragmatic breathing and box breathing methods to manage workplace stress. Post-program surveys showed 85% reported improved focus during the workday.
Guided Meditation for Beginners Series
Established an ongoing weekly guided meditation class at a community center in Cheras. Over 40 participants have completed our 8-week beginner program since launch. We’ve trained them in body scan meditation, loving-kindness practice, and maintaining consistency—many now meditate independently at home.
Daily Mindfulness Routine Coaching
Worked with 15 individuals to build sustainable daily mindfulness routines tailored to their Malaysian lifestyle. Developed 10-minute morning practices and evening wind-down techniques. Clients reported better sleep quality, reduced anxiety, and improved decision-making within 4 weeks of consistent practice.
Kuala Lumpur Meditation Community Hub
Established and continue to facilitate a meditation community that meets monthly in the Sentul area. We’ve brought together 60+ practitioners ranging from complete beginners to experienced meditators. The group shares breathing techniques, discusses mindfulness challenges, and supports each other in maintaining consistent practice.
